Leaked Huawei P70 cases reveal an unusual camera design

 Alleged Huawei P70 cases

There hasn't been much buzz surrounding the Huawei P70 recently, with the last significant update on the P70 series dating back to January, which unveiled some crucial specifications. However, today, a leak has emerged from the renowned tipster Digital Chat Station, showcasing a series of cases tailored for the Huawei P70.

According to the tipster, these cases are third-party offerings, displaying alterations to the camera island design of the P70 series. The three cameras are positioned in a somewhat symmetrical triangular configuration, with the largest ring presumably accommodating the primary 50MP camera, while the remaining two are designated for the telephoto and ultrawide units. The horizontal aperture is likely reserved for the dual-tone LED flash, or a combination of LED flash and autofocus-assisting laser.

Consistent with earlier speculations, the primary camera is expected to feature a 50MP OmniVision OV50H sensor with variable aperture, while the ultrawide lens is anticipated to utilize the 50MP Sony IMX989 shooter. Moreover, the telephoto camera is rumored to boast a 50MP sensor with 4x optical zoom capability.
