Samsung Galaxy S24 Review
The Galaxy S24 showcases a refreshed and refined design, featuring flat Victus 2 panels and a flat aluminum frame with a new matte finish. Despite maintaining the same size as the S23, the S24 incorporates LTPO screen panels, allowing for an even larger 6.2-inch display with thinner bezels.
The key upgrades include a 6.2-inch LTPO Dynamic AMOLED 2x display with extended 1080p resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, reaching 2,600 nits of peak brightness—an improvement from the S23's 1,750 nits.
The chipset has been upgraded to the Exynos 2400 in most markets, with a 10-core CPU and a new AMD GPU. The US, Canada, and China receive the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. Storage options for the global model include 128GB UFS 3.1 and 256GB UFS 4.0, both paired with 8GB RAM. Some countries offer a limited 512GB version.
The camera setup mirrors that of the S23, featuring a 50MP OIS primary sensor, a 10MP 3x telephoto lens, and a 12MP ultrawide lens. A 12MP front camera with autofocus handles selfies.
Battery capacity has been bumped up to 4,000mAh, with consistent charging capabilities of 25W wired, 15W wireless, and 4.5W reverse wireless.
