Realme is set to introduce a version of the 12 Pro+ featuring a transparent back.

Francis Wong, CEO of Realme Europe, has shared an image giving us a hands-on look at an upcoming smartphone featuring a transparent back. This particular device appears to be a modified variant of the Realme 12 Pro+, and indications suggest it will be launched soon, likely in limited quantities.

The Realme 12 Pro+ was recently released, debuting alongside the Realme 12 Pro. Both phones boast curved 6.7-inch AMOLED displays with 120Hz refresh rates and 5,000 mAh batteries supporting 67W fast charging. The Pro+ edition steps up with a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 processor, offering up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, along with a more advanced triple-camera setup featuring a 50MP main lens, a 64MP periscope telephoto module with 3x optical zoom, and an 8MP ultrawide shooter.

Our review team is diligently working on a detailed assessment of the Realme 12 Pro+, and we've already shared the battery performance results, showcasing an impressive active user score of 13 hours and 24 minutes. Keep an eye out for the full review.
